-天将降大任于是人也，必先苦其心志，劳其筋骨，饿其体肤，空乏其身，行拂乱其所为。所以动心忍性，曾益其所不能。人恒过，然后能改；困于心，衡于虑，而后作；征于色，发于声，而后喻。

Swim or sink, I practice my strokes in Clubsports, just like every other day. Swimming is such a lonely sport, thats why I could fully enjoy it. No feedbacks, no judgement, just myself and the cool water. I am switching free style to breast stroke, and caught my own shadow dancing with the sunset, a little bit sad.

San Francisco is cold, even in Mid August. I trembled while walking to my recruiter on New Montgomery and had this thought, maybe it's the chill, maybe it's the breeze which cooled by the ocean. Instead of the contract, all I wanted at this moment is a breathtaking hug, to keep myself warm and alive. Now I understand why, 最寒冷的冬天是旧金山的夏季.
